STOW-TT Guidance Manuals and Documents

Contractors are encouraged to utilize the following documents when preparing for the STOW certification audit:

STOW-TT Contractor Guidance Manual (Version 11: February 2024) - This Manual provides details and guidance on the 11 Elements of the STOW HSE requirements.

STOW-TT Administration Manual (Version 11: September 2024) - This manual provides details on the levels of risk (low risk and high risk) associated with certification as well as details on the administration of STOW. 

Sample STOW-TT Manual for Small and Micro Contractor - This document can be downloaded and tailored to suit the specific operations of a contractor.  

HSE Documents for STOW-TT Assessment Document Review This document is a checklist of all the HSE documents that an Assessor will want to see during a STOW assessment. Contractors must have them ready and available for the Assessor to review during the assessment.

Guidance on Determining the Number of Audit Days - This document provides guidance on how the number of audit days is estimated for the STOW certification audit.

Guidance on Use of the STOW-TT Logo - This document provides guidelines for use of the STOW logo.   The STOW acronym is now a trademark of the Energy Chamber.  Anyone wishing to use the STOW Logo and STOW acronym must first obtain permission from the Energy Chamber.
